Make sure you are viewing this page in Safari (not Chrome or another browser). Safari is the only browser on iPhone that supports adding web apps to your home screen.
Look for the Share icon in Safari’s bottom toolbar — it’s the square with an arrow pointing up. This is a Safari button, not a button inside this app.
Scroll down in the share menu until you see "Add to Home Screen" and tap it. You may need to scroll past the row of app icons to find it.
You can keep the default name or rename it. Tap "Add" in the top right corner to finish.
